SHARED HOSTING Service is intended for clients that wish to host on xServers equipments presentation web sites, blogs or any other type of web site of low and medium size, with reduced traffic (maximum of 10 000 daily visits). There is no way that high resources consumers are accepted on SHARED HOSTING packages. If you have a SHARED HOSTING account you will not be allowed to send more than 200 e-mails per hour / per domain. When ordering this type of service it is mandatory that you provide a domain name to be hosted.

DEDICATED SERVERS package is intended for clients that wish to host on xServers equipments one or more webv sites or online applications, of medium or large size, with medium or high traffic. The responsibility of managing the dedicated server is strictly the client's obligation, except the client orders a MAINTENANCE/ SERVER MANAGEMENT service. In this case, the xServers personell will perfom interventions on the VPS according to the time contracted by the client. Access to the dedicated server is made using the SSH protocol. The server configuration can be discussed before ordering, the minimum configuration being the one located in Order Dedicated Server. The IP address given to the VPS may be blocked or restrictioned in some networks or association of networks, this being strictly the decision of the respective organisations, xServers cannot be held responsible in this matter.

COLOCATION service is intended for clients that wish to host their own equipments in the xServers DATA CENTER. xServers engages to offer nonstop access to the internet network and the power network for optimal performance of the colocated equipments. The responsibility of managing the colocated quipment is strictly the client's obligation, except the client orders a MAINTENANCE/ SERVER MANAGEMENT service. In this case, the xServers personell will perfom interventions on the colocated equipments according to the time contracted by the client. When bringing the equipments for colocation a technical sheet will be compiled for every equipment in double copy ( one for each part). In the event of taking back the equipment for updates, cassation or moving it to another DATA CENTER, the client will present himself at the location the pick up is done and will have the technical sheet with him. Otherwise the client will be able to pick up the equipment only after signing an allegation that states he is the only responsible for the equipment configuration at the moment of the pick up. The equipment will be available for pick up in case the contract is called off only after the technical department of xServers expresses their concent in writing, certifying that there are no unpaid debts of the client toward xServers.

By filling in domain registration form for any hierarchy (.ro, .com, .net, and others.) there is no reservation made for that domain name. xServers does not hold any responsibility for the situations in which by the plasing of the order and the moment the procedures for registering are completed by xServers, the domain name at our partners TOP LEVEL becomes unavailable for registration, even if at the moment of the order was placed that name was depicted as available and nor for when the faulty performance of the name availability verification script creates confusion regarding availability.

RADIO STREAMING service is intended for persons that wish to use the internet as an exclusive mean for promoting their own radio station. RADIO STREAMING packages can be modified only regarding the backup space, for which xServers will set a fee. xServers cannot be held responsible for the authenticity and the author rights for the audio materials aired by this method..
